PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroplating device capable of forming a plated film without unexpected variation of film thickness distribution during electroplating using an anode basket in which pellet-like metal particles are housed as a soluble anode. SOLUTION: The electroplating device is provided with a cathode, the soluble anode 14 housed in the anode basket 15a and a bath filled with a plating solution. The anode basket 15a has a plurality of housing blocks (Ba1-Ba4) laminated in the vertical direction and the height (za1-za4) of each of housing blocks is controlled to be equal to or below 10 times of maximum particle diameter of the metal particle housed in the anode basket 15a.
