PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing mixed particles improving matte performance and a sense of quality of mixed particles containing porous particles, which use a cross-linked (meth)acrylic acid ester-based resin, and calcium phosphate particles. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing mixed particles includes a mixed liquid manufacturing process for manufacturing a resin particle mixed phosphoric acid solution containing porous particles, which use cross-linked (meth)acrylic acid ester-based resin, and phosphoric acid and having pH of 1.5 or less, a diluting process for manufacturing a diluted liquid having pH of 2.0 or more by diluting the resin particle mixed phosphoric acid solution with water, a suspension manufacturing process for manufacturing an alkaline suspension by mixing the diluted liquid with calcium hydroxide, and a calcium phosphate particle precipitating process for manufacturing mixed particle-containing liquid containing calcium phosphate particles and the porous particles by mixing the suspension with phosphoric acid to deposit any one of second calcium phosphate particles and third calcium phosphate particles.
