PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist parts of a fence (wire net) for preventing damages to birds and animals that are weak against the animals and parts that could not to be defended, and to prevent an animal from entering. SOLUTION: If an animal steps on the surface of the apparatus for preventing an animal from entering it, the animal experiences a situation in which cross pieces 1 or longitudinal pieces 2 bite into between animal claws of paws 6. If an animal does not step on the surface of the apparatus, the paw of the animal is guided in an animal paw guide direction 7, the side of the animal paw 6 is pushed to the longitudinal pieces 2, and the animal consequently experiences a situation similar to that of the nipped animal paw 6, or of a situation of a bent animal paw and then loss of balance.
