The bearing (1) i.e. spindle ball bearing, has balls (4) moveably arranged in a cage (5) e.g. plastic cage, between an outer ring (3) and an inner ring. External diameter gradient of the cage is decreasingly formed in a starting region (13) that lies opposite to a flange (7) of an outboard (6) along an axial extension in a direction of the balls. Internal diameter gradient of the outboard is increasingly formed in a neighboring region adjoining at a flange of a bearing surface (9) in the axial extension along the direction of the balls.
