A definition method of a domain name and a domain name server system are provided to assign equal opportunities of obtaining domain names regardless of company, institution, school, home, and individual sizes, and to obtain both transparency and reliability of transactional activities conducted on the Internet. More than one domain name server receives a domain name consisting of ID information and an actual address offline delivered from a computer, and maps the domain name with an IP address. The address is assigned by a notarial administrative institution. The ID information is one of a name, a social security number, and an ID or a combination thereof. |
