Subject of the invention is in that current load onto the phases (R, S, T) follows by electric current conversion, while the voltage at the outlets of the voltage coils, spirals or solenoids (NN) corresponding to the current taken by the consumers. Any bridging of electric inductive counter has as a consequence development of the difference in the voltage levels at the outputs of operational amplifiers (OP1, OP2) of a current " voltage convertor (A, B). Operational amplifier (OP3) with a function of a comparator of current load follows the output voltage levels and detects the differences. When the output voltage levels in operational amplifiers (OP1, OP2) are not equal at the outlet of the operational amplifier (OP3), there the output voltage to generate up to the level of VCC, whereby a relay (Re) activates and by electromagnetic clutches (MS) switches off current at all attempts to cross over the current counter and to steal electric energy.
