A quilt inside manufacturing method is provided to prevent down from being flown out by an air filter of polyester microcotton threading way and to reduce filling amount and cost. A quilt inside manufacturing method comprises steps of: preparing a down and a polyester microcotton and making a filler by the down and the polyester microcotton to 1: 1; putting a lower part fabric on the worktable and ventilating the filler using a blower and filling the lower part fabric with the filler; spreading evenly filled filler and putting an upper fabric on the evenly filled filler and preparing backstitched quilt inside; backstitching the quilt inside through an embroidery quilting; and cutting the threaded quilt inside according to a size of quilt. |
