A fluorinated composition for coating the surface of elastomer mold, a coating method using the composition, and an elastomer mold manufactured by the method are provided to ensure excellent durability by maintaining a coating layer of an elastic body mold even after forming micro-patterns and peeling off a pattern-forming material. A fluorinated composition for coating the surface of elastomer mold comprises a reactive acrylate containing a carbon fluoride or a methacrylate monomer, and a polyfunctional acrylate monomer. The reactive acrylate containing a carbon fluoride or a methacrylate monomer comprises a repeating unit represented by -C00(CH2)x(CF2)y-.
