<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise of a rolling bearing while preventing an outer ring from deforming by contraction of an injection resin, in a bearing with a resin pulley wherein a resin pulley member is integrally formed by injection molding around the rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A ring 7 consisting of a metal ring plate is fixed on a widthwise center of an outer diameter part of the outer ring 2. Heat conductivity of the ring 7 is higher than that of the injection resin. The ring 7 is held from both sides by a plurality of ribs 8 for connecting a boss part 4 of the resin pulley member 3 and an outer circumferential part 5.
