PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handsfree telephone call device capable of preventing, when a speech is continued by getting off a vehicle in the middle of a handsfree telephone call, a fellow passenger left in the vehicle from listening to contents of the speech. SOLUTION: A handsfree telephone call device 2 for making a handsfree speech using a cellular phone 60 or a car telephone inside a car includes: speakers 12-15 capable of outputting voices of a speaking partner utilizing the handsfree telephone call device 2; a speech deciding section 26 for deciding whether a speech is made or not; a get-off deciding section 28 for deciding whether the crew gets off the vehicle or not; and a speaker control unit 30 which stops output from the speakers 12-15 when the get-off deciding unit 28 decides that the screw gets off the vehicle while the speech deciding unit 26 decides that the speech is being made.
