PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend a communication state taking into consideration an empty situation of a communication channel in a base station device. SOLUTION: An electric field strength measurer 2091 measures an RSSI of a receiving signal, and a channel utilization ratio calculator 2092 calculates a channel utilization ratio from a time slot map contained in a BCCH noticed from a base station device 1. A controller 209 forms status information based on the RSSI of the measured receiving signal and the calculated channel utilization ratio, and displays it on a display 208.
