SOLUTION: A management server system 200 receives image information representing images and e-mail addresses corresponding to image information, from a plurality of image transmission devices through a communication line and stores them, and the management server system 200 includes a data acquisition part 211 for acquiring an e-mail address from an image transmission device before acquiring corresponding image information and a mail transmission server 206 for transmitting an e-mail showing an image acquisition state with the e-mail address acquired by the data acquisition part 211, as the transmission destination.
