PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of continuing vehicle control, while preventing an inaccurate state quantity calculated by an unillustrated computing unit from being utilized for vehicle control at an abnormal time, without outputting a signal informing of generation of a system failure, when a single or temporary abnormality is generated in an output signal, resulting from generation of a situation other than the system failure such as generation of an electric noise in the output signal from some sensor 6a (6b). SOLUTION: An unillustrated abnormality detector for detecting generation of an abnormality in the output signal from some sensor 6a (6b) is provided. The computing unit is allowed to have a function for outputting a calculation result of the final state quantity at a normal time just before transfer to an abnormal state without outputting a calculation result of the state quantity at the abnormal time, during a period wherein the single or temporary abnormality is detected by the abnormality detector.
