PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the original function of a balcony and effectively suppress fire spread to a habitable room even when fire occurs at the balcony side. SOLUTION: In a building for a house with the habitable room 11 and the balcony 12, only a folding passage 200 configured of the structural wall 80A of a boundary with fire resistance, an outer structural wall 80B and an internal outer structural wall 80C, and in addition a lower structural wall 80E and an upper structural wall 80F extends from the habitable room 11 to the balcony 12. A bathtub 14a, a toilet bowel 14b, a washstand 14c, and a waterproof pan 14d for a washing machine are all arranged at the midway of the passage 200. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
