PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which exerts high deformation-resisting strength even against a deformation load acting to tilt an erected plate portion of a clip body, by integrating an upright plate portion of a reinforcing plate with the erected plate portion of a clip body. SOLUTION: A reinforcing body B is constituted in such a shape that the upright plate portion 2 and a horizontal plate portion 3 are continuously provided at an approximately right angle by bending a metal plate 1 in an approximate L-shape. In the reinforcing body B, the upright plate portion 2 of the reinforcing body B can be provided along the erected plate portion 4 of the clip body A, and the horizontal plate portion 3 of the reinforcing body B can be provided along a bottom plate portion 5 of the clip body A. A latching hole 6 is formed in a penetrating manner in the erected plate portion 4 of the clip body A; a latching portion 7 for being latched to a hole edge of the latching hole 6 is provided on the upright plate portion 2 of the reinforcing body B; and the horizontal plate portion 3 of the reinforcing body B is fixed to the bottom plate portion 5 of the clip body A in a state in which the latching portion 7 is latched to the hole edge of the latching hole 6.
