<p>Process for joining two metal parts by welding, preferably spot-welding, comprises contacting welded metal parts and welding with one another at contact point, where: in vicinity of welding place, metal surfaces are present, optionally welding sparks or welding pearls are exposed to air by adhesive tape, preferably masked against welding sparks or welding pearls; the tape exhibits a carrier and adhesive mass, which is applied unilaterally; and the carrier is extended from foil forming polymer material, and adhesive mass is chemically based on natural- or synthetic-rubber. Process for joining two metal parts by welding, preferably spot-welding, comprises contacting welded metal parts and welding with one another at the contact point, where: in the vicinity of the welding place, the metal surfaces are present, optionally welding sparks or welding pearls are exposed to air by an adhesive tape, preferably masked against welding sparks or welding pearls; the tape exhibits a carrier and an adhesive mass, which is applied unilaterally; the carrier is extended from a foil forming polymer material, and the adhesive mass is chemically based on natural- or synthetic-rubber; and the tape exhibits a tractive force of less than 3 N/cm, at 1% elongation and the total thickness of less than 40 mu m.</p> |
