<p>Disclosed is a technique for providing an ultrasonic probe which can assure an accurate arrangement of a piezoelectric oscillator and an electric conductive state between electrode layers, an ultrasonic diagnosis device using the ultrasonic probe, and an ultrasonic flaw detector. The technique provides a layered body formed by alternately layering a predetermined number of piezoelectric layers (2) and electrode layers (3). A piezoelectric oscillator (1) is formed by arranging a side electrode (6) for connecting predetermined electrode layers (3) to the outside of the both sides having substantially flat side surfaces along the respective layered directions. A plurality of piezoelectric oscillators (1) are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the layered direction. An interval holding member (10) having a predetermined thickness is arranged between the side surfaces where the side surface electrode (6) of the adjacent piezoelectric oscillator (1) is formed.</p> |
