<p>Provided is an image display device wherein a plurality of pixel circuits are arranged. Each pixel circuit is provided with a current light-emitting element, a driver transistor for permitting a current to flow to the current light-emitting element, a holding capacitor for holding a voltage that determines a current quantity to be flowed by the driver transistor, and a write switch for writing a voltage in the holding capacitor corresponding to an image signal. The transistor configuring each pixel circuit is an N-channel type transistor. Each pixel circuit is also provided with an enable switch, an initializing capacitor for initializingthevoltage of the holding capacitor and a separation switch.</p> |
