An antitheft vehicle security system and a control method thereof are provided to connect a vehicle key and a tire monitoring system and transmit theft alarm message to a sub base station or police station when the code of the key and the tire pressure monitoring system. An antitheft vehicle security system(100) comprises a key(110) which transmits a cryptic code when a start switch of a vehicle is selected or the door lock is released, determines whether an answer code coincides with a set code when the answer code corresponding to the cryptic code is received, and transmits code match signal when the answer code coincides with the set code; a monitoring device(120) which transmits the answer code when the cryptic signal is received and transmits engine start signal when the code match signal is received; and an engine control unit(130) which controls the engine to start when the engine start signal is received. |
