A device for controlling tension of the carcass material supply facilities is provided to reduce amount of deformation of the supplied carcass material and to improve producing quality when manufacturing green tire by supplying carcass material rolled by a Let-off to a molding drum. A carcass(2) rolled by a let-off(1) is carried by a transfer conveyor(4) through a loop(3), is cut down by a cutter(6) receiving and operating a command of a length measurement sensor(5). The cut carcass(2a) is re-measured by a re-length measurement sensor(7) and is adhered to a molding drum(12) through a servicer(8). A driving roll(9) is disposed between an inlet line shift and the Let-off of the transfer conveyor and forms a secondary loop adjacent near the carcass loop and sets up an ultrasonic sensor(11) sensing amount of the carcass of the secondary loop(10).
