PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide core operating device which can simplify a manufacturing process by reducing the number of components, with manufacturing cost cut and successful operating characteristics, and a molding die equipped with this device. SOLUTION: This slide core operating device performs the fitting of a slide core 30 for forming a part of a resin molding cavity 23 to molding dies 21 and 22 arranged at a joint part between a third plate 3 and a fourth plate 4 of the molding die, or the separation of the slide core 30 from the molding dies 21 and 22. In addition, the device comprises (1) a groove part 42 arranged in the slide core 30 or its support member 31, (2) a rotary shaft 34 supported rotatably by the fourth plate 4, (3) an engaging pin 33 which is arranged eccentrically with a rotary center shaft 34a, on the apex plane of the rotary shaft 34 and engages with the groove 42 arranged in the slide core 30 or its support member 31, (4) a slant groove 35 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 34, (5) a steel ball 37 rolling inside the slant groove 35, and (6) a steel ball support member 36 for supporting the steel ball 37 rotatably.
