PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure inspection tool capable of deriving odd gas from a high-pressure gas container during the period of inspection task and removing pressure inspection tools from the high pressure gas container safely after examination, while making possible to implement mounting/dismounting work of pressure inspection tools to the high pressure gas container readily and easily without preparing of tools, such as spanner. SOLUTION: The pressure inspection tool includes a pressure gauge 21, a connecting tubule 2 one end of which is connected with the pressure gauge and the other end of which is connected with a deriving exit of a vessel valve of the gas container to derive gas in the gas container into the gas pressure gauge, a hexagon cap nut 6 attached to the other end side of the connecting tubule to be screwed on the deriving exit of the vessel valve, a handle 7 fixed to the hexagon cap nut integrally, a flow controlling bolt 3 screwed on a pathway at the other end side of the connecting tubule, a through-hole 4 formed on a side wall of the connecting tubule, and a roulette screw 5 equipped with a needle 5a opening and closing fine pore 4a of the through-hole.
