PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle apparatus, maintaining high refrigerating capability and a high COP to achieve energy-saving. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle apparatus includes: an air-conditioning refrigerating cycle; a refrigerating cycle for cold storage or refrigeration; a supercooling refrigerating cycle for supercooling; a refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger mutually performing heat exchange between the air-conditioning refrigerating cycle and the supercooling refrigerating cycle; and a refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger mutually performing heat exchange between the refrigerating cycle for cold storage or the refrigerating cycle for refrigeration and the supercooling refrigerating cycle, whereby the high refrigerating capability and COP can be maintained regardless of the outside air condition, the load condition and the operating conditions of the respective devices to always achieve energy-saving.
