PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency in work, by reducing manpower work, when lifting-lowering materials by using a temporary scaffold at a construction site. SOLUTION: A driving part incorporated with a motor is arranged on the ground, and a pulley is arranged in a scaffold vertical frame of a stage of trying to take a cargo of an elevated spot. A rope ladder-shaped wire with a hook is circulated between this driving part and the pulley, and materials are successively hooked on the hook, and are lifted and lowered. The wire is doubled at a specific interval (about 200 mm), and is connected by a thin pipe at an equal interval, to be formed in a rope ladder shape. A groove for fitting this pipe is applied to the pulley such as the driving part and a cargo taking part of the elevated spot, and rotation is surely transmitted to the wire.
