PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traverser device which can deliver a non-towing vehicle so that labor-saved construction, a reduction of heavy work, and work efficiency can be achieved. SOLUTION: The traverser device 10 can be moved in a direction orthogonal to a rail 3 on which the non-towing vehicle 7 travels, and is provided with a delivery device 13 which is engaged with the non-towing vehicle 7 on the traverser device 10 and delivers the non-towing vehicle 7. The delivery device 13 is provided with delivery hardware 15 which is fixed to a chain 14 moving on the top surface of a traverser 11 and brought into contact with backing boards 71, 72 provided under the vehicle body of the non-towing vehicle 7. The delivery hardware 15 makes first delivery by pushing the first backing board 71 provided to the rear-wheel bearing of the non-towing vehicle 7, and makes second delivery by pushing the second backing board 72 provided in a lower position of the rear of the vehicle body of the non-towing vehicle 7.
