PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity-reducing agent having less volatile component, having a high viscosity-reducing effect, contributing the improvement of processability and also inhibiting the viscosity elevation in making the vinyl chloride-based resin composition as paste, and a vinyl chloride-based resin paste composition containing the viscosity-reducing agent. SOLUTION: This viscosity-reducing agent is expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, Z is a vinylidene group, an ethylidene group or an epoxy group; and (n) is an integer of 2 to 30], and the vinyl chloride-based resin paste composition containing the same is also provided. The viscosity-reducing agent has <20 mm<SP>2</SP>/s dynamic viscosity at 40°C, and≥300°C boiling point at 1 atm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
