PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an iron device with which the reliability of joining can be improved by obtaining good wettability, uniformizing the crystal in an alloy and dispersion, and preventing the segregation and the erosion, in the joining of low melting alloys. SOLUTION: The iron device having a structure connecting with constituting elements of an ultrasonic vibrator (A), a horn (B), an ultrasonic transmitting member (C) and an end tip part (D) in this order, is manufactured and the joining work is performed while performing control, and thus, the new iron device obtaining the sure joining in the soldering, is manufactured.
