A method for directly or indirectly transmitting and controlling data related to pharmacy prescriptions between a user U and authorised centre for the dispensing of said drugs S, which provides for the final delivery of said drugs to a patient P by a legally authorised person, comprising the steps of - (a) said user U sending an authorisation request for accessing the services to the authorised centre S, by means of transmissions means via telematic network T; - (b) the authorised centre S carrying out the first control of the user U data in order to ascertain that the user U is authorised to access part of the services supplied by the authorised centre S; - (cl) if the control has a positive result, the authorised centre S communicating the access authorisation to the user U; The method is characterised in that it further comprises the steps of - (d) the user U sending a request for drugs contained in the prescription, by means of the transmission means via telematic network T, to the authorised centre S, this step being followed by a further step which provides for - (f) the user U sending the medical prescription related to the request, by means of said transmission means via telematic network T, to said authorised centre S.
