A customized coupon system and a method thereof are provided to offer customized mobile coupons suitable for each member's characteristic, and to supply a service for managing various mobile coupons provided to each member from plural member companies collectively. A personal member DB(101) includes a field where at least one coupon classification code is stored. A member store DB(103) includes a field where at least one coupon classification code is stored. A coupon issuing unit(107) generates coupon data in accordance with coupon issuing information from the DBs, and sends the data to a mobile apparatus or e-mail of members together with encoded authentication numbers. |
