A core drum assembled and disassembled apparatus is provided to automatize processes by connecting a molding process, a curing process and a drawing process in a manufacturing process of tire. A core drum(1) contains a drum shaft(10) having transfer projections, a fixing plate(20) fixed to a drum shaft, a plurality of drum segments(30) having fixing holes formed in a line with the drum shaft and combined in a columnar of a fixing plate and an assembly area(40) in which a plurality of joint grooves are formed in a lower surface and fixing each drum segment to the fixing plate and which is connected on an outer circumference of the fixing plate. A core drum assembled and disassembled apparatus contains a core drum settling portion, a unit-nut, a perpendicular transfer part which vertically transfers unit-nut to the core drum and a rotation driving part which separates and screws the engage nut rotating the unit-nut from the fixing plate. |
