Water tank having a permanent valve and a flap belongs to flushing devices. The float, depending on the level of accumulated water, moves the handle (15) wherein are the permanent magnets (16), from the position "OPEN" to the position "CLOSED". In the position "OPEN", the permanent magnets (16) open the valve, and in the position "CLOSED", the effect of permanent magnets (16) on the piston (21) weakens, hence the water pressure from the pipeline closes the valve. Mechanical valve with a flap (9) opens when the drain lever (1) lifts the piston (2) and under the pressure of accumulated water, that flows out, the flap (9) in the groove (29) gains a vertical position and keeps the piston (2) in the raised position while the intensity of the moment Mq of the weight mass (11) of the flap (9) does not exceed the total of intensity of the moment Mf generated by the force F resulting from the pressure of pressure of accumulated water that flows onto the flap (9).
