<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer effective to manufacture an organic photo-electric conversion element having excellent photo-electric converting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This polymer has a repetitive unit formed of structure expressed with formula 1 and structure expressed with formula 2. In the formulas, R, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each individually expresses a hydrogen atom, a 1-20C alkyl group, a 1-20C alkoxy group or a 6-60C aryl group which may have a substitution group. One part or the whole of the hydrogen atoms contained in these groups can be substituted with fluorine atoms.
