<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear fender assembly for a vehicle having a rigid structure including an outer fender, an inner fender and a bracket. <P>SOLUTION: The rear fender assembly includes an outer fender having an inner surface, an inner fender having an outer surface connected with the inner surface of the outer fender, and an upper bracket sandwiched between the inner surface of the outer fender and the outer surface of the inner fender. The upper bracket has an outer surface connected with the inner surface of the outer fender.
