<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of attaching to a panel easily. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 1 through which a wire harness is inserted and which is attached to a hole 10a of a panel 10 has a cylindrical main body part 2 of which on the whole periphery a locking recess 3 to be locked to the hole 10a is provided. Furthermore, on the outer surface of the main body part 2, two pieces of first ribs 8 and two pieces of second ribs 7 which extend from one end side to the other end side of the main body part 2 and are mutually separated in between are provided. These first ribs 8 are provided on one side rather than a virtual plane including a center axis P and two point dash-lines Q, and the second ribs 7 are provided on the other side of the virtual plane.
