PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new kind of enzyme preparation used as a biocatalyst. SOLUTION: The enzyme preparation is prepared by giving a silicone coating obtained by hydrosilylation to an enzyme immobilization product having an immobilized enzyme or an enzyme-containing microorganism on an inactive support.
