PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power circuit capable of reducing the number of components, and making a ripple element and a spike element included in DC output voltage small. SOLUTION: A primary side circuit has a switching device Q1 in which switching frequency is controlled by a control circuit 1 and an oscillation/drive circuit 2, and a switching device Q2 to constitute a push-pull voltage oscillation type capacitor. This circuit also has a primary side voltage oscillation circuit which is formed out of a leakage inductor L1, a primary side voltage oscillation capacitor C1, a leakage inductor L1' and a primary side voltage oscillation capacitor C1'. A secondary side circuit has a secondary side voltage oscillation circuit which is formed out of a leakage inductor L2 and a secondary side voltage oscillation capacitor C3, and a secondary side current oscillation circuit which is formed out of the leakage inductor L2 and a secondary side current oscillation capacitor C4. Besides, it is constituted so that a secondary side high speed diode Do, an inductor Lo and a secondary side smoothing capacitor Co may function as a step-down capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
