PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate control data written in an in-vehicle computer. SOLUTION: By using a non-linear optimization for minimizing an error of a continuous waveform indicating a behavior of a component (e.g. brake oil pressure) when gear shift operation of an automatic transmission is performed and a nonlinear waveform satisfying a constraint condition of the gear shift operation, the control data are calculated, and the obtained control data are written in a map 122 of the in-vehicle computer (ECU) 120.
