PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system for a negative-pressure construction division, which enhances the workability of asbestos treatment by improving an working environment in the negative-pressure construction compartment. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning system comprises: the negative-pressure construction division 4 which is cured by a plastic curing sheet 3; a ventilation dust collector 20 which sucks air in the negative-pressure construction division 4 so as to remove asbestos dust contained in the air and discharge the air to the outside; and a cooling device 40 for cooling the air in the negative-pressure construction division 4. The room temperature of the inside of the negative-pressure construction division 4 is decreased by the cooling device 40; the working environment particularly in summer is improved; and the workability of the asbestos treatment is improved.
