摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing self-association type magnetic lipid nanoparticles which are composed of magnetic nanocrystals coated with a liposoluble surfactant, and a liposoluble medicament, and are applicable to a medicament delivery system or the like, and in particular, the magnetic lipid nanoparticles are allowed to be a self-association type thereby simplifying the production process and making it improving the performance of the magnetic lipid nanoparticles easily by the change of the composition of the particles. SOLUTION: The production process for the self-association type magnetic lipid nanoparticles is characterized by preparing a liposoluble magnetic fluid by dispersing magnetic nanocrystals coated with the liposoluble surfactant in a liposoluble organic solvent, dissolving a liposoluble medicament or the like in the magnetic fluid, and further adding an aqueous solution or the like thereto, irradiating ultrasonic waves to obtain water-in-oil type inverted micelles, and carrying out rapid and strong depressurization while applying ultrasonic waves successively to the inverted micelles, thereby removing the liposoluble organic solvent.
