PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot spring water gel suitable for naturopathy and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Hot spring water is heated or cooled to a proper temperature, the hot spring water adjusted to the proper temperature is mixed with a proper amount of powder suitable for naturopathy, the hot spring water is stirred to uniformly disperse the powder for naturopathy, the hot spring water is heated to a proper temperature, the powder for naturopathy is dissolved in the hot spring water and the hot spring water is cooled, started to gel, stirred and promoted in gelation to prepare a hot spring water gel.
