PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound efficiently inhibiting the formation of an infectious prion protein via binding to a normal prion protein, to provide a prion protein structure transformation inhibitor comprising the composition, and to provide a prophylactic or curative agent for prion disease.
