PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive clamp with easy operability which does not make any scratches on hoisted steel products and is hard to generate a dead state in the clamp. SOLUTION: This clamp 10 is provided with an operating portion in space sandwiched by a cover body 20 having two opposed external bodies. The operating portion includes: a cam part 24 which is rotatably attached to between the external bodies and fastens a hoisted object by rotating operations; a first link part 30 which is rotatably attached to the middle portion between the external bodies and rotates in such a state that one end side rotating part 30a is projected from the cover body 20; and a second link part 32 of which one end portion is rotatably attached to the other side rotating part of the first link part 30 and the other end portion is rotatably attached to the rotation end side position of the cam part 24, respectively. The one end side rotating part 30a of the first link part 30 is installed with a swinging part 48 swingably connected to the one end side rotating part 30a in any direction.
