PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting hanging cupboard having a lifting rack capable of smoothly ascending/descending and retaining the stability in taking in/out stored objects even if the rack is warped. SOLUTION: The lifting hanging cupboard 100 includes an approximately vertical fixed rail 300 attached to one side panel of a cabinet 170 and an approximately vertical loosely fitted rail 400 attached to the other side panel of the cabinet 170. A fixed running body 302 disposed on one side face of the lifting rack 190 is run nearly immovably in the left/right direction or forward/backward along the fixed rail 300, and a freely movable running body 402 disposed on the other side face of the lifting rack 190 is run along the slackly fitted rail 400 in such a way as freely movable in the left/right directions.
