PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the abnormality monitoring device of a multi-core for more accurately deciding the operating state of each core. SOLUTION: A monitoring side core 10a is provided with an entrance protection part 50a having an access decision part 51a and an address information storage part 52a. The address information of an RAM area 31a for count and an access prohibition mode to this address are preliminarily stored in the address information storage part 52a by a CPU 20a. An access decision part 51a decides whether or not an address to be accessed by a monitored side core 10b whose abnormal operating state has become critical through a first communication path 60 and its access modes are respectively matched with an address stored in an address information storage part 42a and its access prohibition mode, and when it is decided that they are matched through the access decision part 51a, access to be performed by the monitored side core 10b to an RAM area 30a for count owned by the monitoring side core 10a is interrupted.
