PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a guard communication system not causing a feeling of stress and consciousness of even interposition of a security company even if performing long-term use in normal times, and allowing reception of emergency response service in abnormal times. SOLUTION: This guard communication system has: a center-side computer Sc centrally receiving a signal from a transmission device 401 installed in each contract dwelling unit; a guard-side computer Sa receiving transmission from Sc, and dispatching a guard to the dwelling unit; and a cellphone displaying a mail transmitted from Sc, associated to each the dwelling unit. The guard communication system also has a notification destination setting part 203 setting an optimum notification destination from various guard organization sides based on identification information of the dwelling unit related to emergency information when the emergency information is transmitted, and setting a mail address previously associated to the dwelling unit and registered as an address to be performed with mail transmission based on the identification information of the dwelling unit related to communication information when the communication information is transmitted.
