A device for guiding a bicycle keeping/renting place is provided to conveniently guide a user to the bicycle keeping/renting place, and detail information for renting, returning, and keeping a bicycle by using RF(Radio Frequency) communication and a solar cell. A display panel(120) displays guide information for a bicycle keeping/renting place. A power supply unit(126) supplies driving power to a control board(124). A central control center(300) integrally manages a plurality of bicycle keeping/renting places. An antenna(112) receives an RF signal from the central control center. A solar panel(133) transforms solar energy into electric energy and charges the electric energy to a battery(131). An interface module(130) is connected to an external computer. |
