A submersion storage method of agricultural products and a device are provided to preserve the quality characteristic of the fruits and vegetables produced according to season by storing them in cold water. A submersion storage device of agricultural products includes refrigerator(10), brine tank(12), exchanger(13) and submersion tank(11). The refrigerator cools the brine. The heat exchanger heat-exchanges cold water of the submersion tank and the cooled brine. The submersion tank cools the agricultural product with the heat-exchanged cold water. |
