A high-rate live stock wastewater processing unit for disposing stock wastewater is provided to remove nitrogen and phosphate which are an eutrophication factor and highly concentrated organic materials and to improve a condition water quality of coastal sea area and river. A high-rate live stock wastewater processing unit for disposing stock wastewater comprises a fabrication process equipment, a biological treatment processing tool, a pressurized flotation processing tool, a membrane separation processing tool. The fabrication process equipment comprises a screen, a flow control bath, 4S anaerobic filter tank, a reaction bath and a centrifugal solid-liquid separator. The biological treatment processing tool comprises a 4 step Bardenpho processing tool and a settling tank. The Bardenpho process equipment comprises a first anoxic chamber, a first aeration tank, a second anoxic chamber and a second aeration tank. The pressurized flotation processing tool comprises a biological treatment water tub and a dissolved air flotation. The membrane separation processing tool comprises a precision filtration(U/F) inflow tank, a precise filtering layer module, a reverse osmosis(R/O) inflow tank and a reverse osmosis membrane module. |
