A heterogeneous material insertion method for inserting jewel into sculpture and an accessory manufacturing method are provided, which enable to insert the heterogeneous material easily without deformation of shape. A heterogeneous material insertion method comprises: a step for forming a first support pattern and a first sculpture pattern on the base plate; a step for forming the internal space(32) by removing a part of the first support pattern formed between the first sculpture patterns; a step for disposing the heterogeneous material(30) in the internal space; and a step for forming the second support pattern on the first sculpture pattern and the first support pattern.
