Invention belongs to the field of mechanical engineering and refers to the continual complex rotary internal combustion engine with three chambers. Herewith solved is technical problem of the construction of internal combustion engine which has a rotary piston (2) and can use all types of petrol and diesel fuel, and therewith provides accomplishment of high compressions with significantly less mechanical and energy losses, reduction of vibrations and dynamic equilibrium improvement. This is achieved so that the engine in the subject of invention comprises a housing (1), a rotary piston (2) with a shaft (3). a sealing element (6, 7) and multilayer slices (21), whereby rotary piston (2) has tangent grooves (18) achieved, and offset one to each other by 90°, i.e. 120°, wherein are inserted multilayer slices (21) which, compressed by leaf springs (19) and centrifugal force, form four, i.e. three independent chambers (13, 23) that enable functioning of the engine (suction, compression, expansion and exhaust).
